Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leading five or more concurrent commercial landscape install projects ranging from $300,000 to $1M+ (amenity centers within master-planned developments, airports, gas stations, restaurants, and office parks). Own full-spectrum project management: scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and client communication; maintain job costing and budget P&L ownership by project from estimating handoff through closeout; lead client-facing change order negotiation and relationship management; coordinate self-perform crews and subcontracted scope; execute Aspire-based setup, milestone billing, forecasting, and reporting; partner with project engineers, superintendents, purchasing, estimating, and billing teams across active projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial landscape, hardscape, or adjacent self-perform trades
- Documented job costing, budget control, schedule management, and client management on multi-project portfolios
- Experience with Aspire, Procore, or an equivalent commercial project management platform
- Comfortable managing multi-million-dollar commercial install projects with multiple subs and GC interface
- Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and accountability for outcomes
