Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for an Atlanta-based mechanical contractor role leading projects from award to warranty. Develop action plans across preconstruction, scheduling, and cost estimation; manage scheduling and work plans; and oversee communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members. Requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical contracting with a proven portfolio of industrial piping projects and a track record of delivering projects end-to-end. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Compensation includes a salary range of $100,000-$120,000, generous 401k match, company vehicle with gas card, ample PTO (up to 5 weeks), comprehensive benefits, bonuses, profit-sharing, and potential ownership opportunities. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in mechanical contracting
