The Senior Project Manager at Big-D Construction will oversee and manage project risk, develop contingency plans, build interdepartmental relationships, and lead project teams for various construction delivery methods. Key responsibilities include providing contractual interpretations, supervising project administration, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 10 years of commercial construction experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or other related field
- 10 years of related experience working on commercial construction projects
- Experience working ground-up commercial construction experience
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in technical writing for proposals
- Understanding of cost estimating software
