Job Summary
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, developing comprehensive plans, detailed schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget. Assess potential risks, establish contingency plans, and administer prime contracts and vendor agreements to protect client and company interests. Lead project teams, forecast costs, and facilitate regular meetings to drive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment. Produce accurate project reports and maintain detailed documentation for compliance and informed decision-making. Requires 10+ years of construction experience, preferably in healthcare, with proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Salary range $125,000 to $175,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Strong project planning, risk assessment, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam
- Ability to interpret ARCH & MEP drawings with a focus on identifying and implementing practical project improvements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 10+ years of construction industry experience
