Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical construction efforts on large projects, overseeing pre-construction, scheduling, budgets, subcontractor management, and coordination with GCs and owners. Responsibilities include maintaining project budgets, reviewing costs, negotiating subcontracts, driving change orders, and ensuring safety compliance. Requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple projects, with proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore prioritized. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years in large construction projects; willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 10+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Construction Management, Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or similar degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex construction projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Willingness to travel to project locations
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Procore Management programs preferred
