Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leads multiple complex commercial construction projects from pursuit through closeout while mentoring project teams. Responsible for maintaining budgets and schedules, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and guiding strategic decisions to win and deliver work. Requires strong leadership, familiarity with Procore (certification preferred) and Viewpoint, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam. Education must be a Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (or equivalent professional experience) with 8–10+ years of experience in commercial construction management. The role involves coordinating with clients, senior leadership, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure projects progress on time and within budget, including timely buyout and closeout within 90 days, and developing the next generation of Barringer leaders.
