Senior Project Manager - Automation

Job Summary
Lead ICSS projects for medium to large E-House, Oil & Gas, and Offshore Wind initiatives, ensuring execution aligns with ABB's policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, and schedule commitments. Establish project execution approaches, oversee hand-over and planning for internal and external resources, and drive formal acceptance and contract close-out with customer acknowledgment. Define project plan documents including scope, financial plans, schedules, and risk management strategies jointly with the Project Controller. Provide leadership to diverse teams, support local Sales and Tendering through early involvement, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Energy Industries Division.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in other functions like Engineering, supply chain management along with strong project management skills
- Possess an enhanced knowledge in handling complex E-house, Electrifications and Automation projects within Oil and Gas, Offshore, FPSO, etc
- Degree in Engineering
- around 15 years or more of project management experience in Automation Field
- You are at ease communicating in English
- good collaboration and presentation skills
