Job Summary
Lead and coordinate automation projects focused on GMP-compliant production processes, including Batch Control, MES, SCADA, and DCS systems. Develop automation strategies for efficiency and quality assurance while managing technical selection, integration, and validation of automation systems. Support regulatory audits with authorities such as FDA and EMA, mentor junior engineers, and manage interfaces with internal stakeholders and external partners. Create and maintain GMP-relevant documentation including URS, FDS, and IQ/OQ. Evaluate emerging technologies for Industry 4.0 applications within regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Automatisierungssystemen wie Siemens PCS 7, Rockwell, DeltaV, ABB oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld (Pharma, Biotech, Chemie)
- Erfahrung in der GMP-konformen Validierung von Automatisierungssystemen
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen (GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
