Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of large-scale warehouse automation and material handling system projects across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle from contract review to final handover, including defining scope and milestones, developing and managing integrated schedules, overseeing budgets and procurement, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing risks and variations, and ensuring customer acceptance testing and handover success. Requires experience in warehouse automation/MHS, strong commercial acumen, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments, and proficiency with MS Project and AutoCAD layouts. Travel to client sites locally and interstate is expected. Based in Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane with offices in Belrose (NSW) and Notting Hill (VIC).
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex engineering, automation, or MHS projects
- Background in MHS, warehouse automation, FMCG, or related environments
- Strong understanding of system layouts, design intent, and integration complexity
- Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project or similar)
- Ability to interpret AutoCAD layouts and system designs
- Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites locally and interstate
