SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - ARGENTINA

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management for social-first content and campaigns from brief intake through delivery and publish; plan and manage fast-turnaround production workflows for short-form video, static, motion, and interactive content; coordinate with creators, influencers, and talent to ensure clear deliverables and timely asset delivery; partner with social media managers to align calendars and schedules with production capacity; oversee day-to-day communications with the brand team, maintain schedules and budgets across multiple workstreams; establish production processes and templates to move quickly without sacrificing quality; oversee quality control to meet platform specs and brand/compliance requirements; identify and mitigate risks, manage scope and timelines, and integrate Gen AI tools to improve efficiency and output; track and report on project performance and budget utilization to drive continuous improvement; support the creative team and foster a collaborative, organized working environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management or production experience, with a strong focus on social content production for consumer brands
- Proven experience managing fast-paced, quick-turnaround projects across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Understanding of social content formats, production requirements, and platform specifications
- Experience coordinating with content creators, influencers, and external production partners
- Track record of partnering with social media managers and brand teams to align creative production with calendars and timelines
- Strong budget management skills, including scoping, tracking, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack)
- Experience with creative review workflows, digital asset management, and compliance processes
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize under pressure, and communicate when timelines or scope shift
- Collaborative, solutions-focused approach to working with creative teams
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG is a strong plus
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Gen AI and Agentic Thinking; experience with AI-assisted content creation and quality control
