Senior Project Manager for Chicago Buildings + Places to oversee multidisciplinary architecture and engineering projects from pursuit through closeout. Lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction; develop project execution plans, schedules, staffing plans, and budgets; ensure contract adherence and risk management; oversee quality management and technical excellence; function as primary client contact, facilitate meetings and reviews, and support business development; mentor project managers and staff; handle financials including invoicing and revenue recognition; coordinate with owners, consultants, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
