Partners with leaders across Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, HR, Marketing, and Compliance to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope. Creates detailed project plans, defines scope, goals, success metrics, timelines, and risk mitigation; tracks milestones and progress; leads meetings and decision forums; provides regular status updates to leadership and executive sponsors. Requires 7+ years in PM/Program PM, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and ability to translate complex details into executive-level summaries. Required Qualifications
