Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Web and CMS projects, managing scope, budgets exceeding £1M, and schedules while overseeing cross-functional teams from discovery through post-launch optimization. Facilitate discovery workshops, develop detailed project plans and RAID logs, and oversee resource forecasting to mitigate technical integration risks. Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, participating in pre-sales activities including RFP responses and SOW development to drive growth. Balance technical complexity with commercial accountability by driving continuous improvement in project governance and delivery processes. Report to the Delivery Director to support scalable digital platform implementations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency or consulting environment
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Web and CMS implementations (e.g., Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, headless CMS)
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture and multi-platform integrations
- Experience managing large client-facing teams and complex project logistics
- Demonstrated financial management experience including revenue forecasting and margin tracking
- Expertise in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Business analysis or requirements management experience
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification
- Experience working with global distributed teams
- Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and digital governance
