Job Summary
Senior Project Manager and Consultant at Kaweah Health leads projects independently, supports the development of the organization’s strategic plan, and collaborates across leadership to drive performance improvement. Responsibilities include managing project plans, monitoring timing and deliverables, conducting financial and data analysis, defining scope and deliverables with internal clients, establishing cross-functional teams, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field
- Minimum of four years experience in project management, business process improvement, business intelligence and analytics, consulting or related healthcare setting
- Experience using project management and process mapping software and tools
- License / Certifications Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Change Management, or PMP (preferred)
