Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Ancillary Works responsible for delivering Permanent Roads and Networks and ancillary buildings within Sizewell C civil works; role requires leading a team of PMs, coordinating across multi-disciplinary design/procurement teams, managing change, and ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery within an alliance delivery model; involves interfacing with SZC supply chain, RD, Quality teams, and other designers; requires experience in large-scale infrastructure/civil construction, RIBA stages, and strong leadership in a high-safety, nuclear-backed project environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
- Chartered or progressing towards Chartered status in Project management, Construction, Civil engineering, or other relevant discipline
- Experience of working with RIBA stages
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Project Management and construction activities
- Proven experience of managing major projects from concept to handover
- Excellent communication skills in client-facing and contractor-facing situations
