Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large, complex initiatives across business, technology, and vendor teams, ensuring outcomes meet scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk parameters. Establish delivery plans, milestones, governance, and controls while managing scope, budget, and dependencies to align with strategic OKRs. Resolve blockers, maintain stakeholder confidence, and apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods to drive momentum. Manage vendor oversight, financials, and transition activities to support successful adoption. Work independently in a dynamic environment using Jira and Confluence to track artifacts and benefits realization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience managing complex business and technology projects
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets of $3 million to $10 million
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in end-to-end programme/project delivery
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams or projects across business, technology and vendor teams
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
- Strong governance, planning and delivery control discipline
- Ability to lead matrixed teams, vendors and stakeholders
- Strong executive communication skills
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Experience delivering digital applications, websites, customer-facing platforms and process workflow applications
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in a dynamic delivery environment
Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, project management or a related discipline
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe or equivalent
- Ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment
