Job Summary
Lead and oversee the successful execution of industrial and utility-scale electrical power system programs from initiation through completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and reporting progress to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to develop project specifications, create integrated schedules, and manage multimillion-dollar budgets. Drive standardization across project management practices, lead cross-functional program reviews, and escalate risks to executive leadership. Coach project managers and contribute to strategic planning and operational reviews. Travel up to 25% to support customer relationships and onsite coordination as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering project management
- US Citizenship
- Engineering or technical background with understanding of industrial and utility systems

- Master's degree or MBA
- Leadership overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale industrial or utility projects on time and within budget
- Deep experience with project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong financial and business acumen; experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level presentation abilities
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Skilled in strategic planning, forecasting, and risk management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project, P6, Smartsheet, or equivalent
