Senior Project Manager (AI Governance) - Advertising

Job Summary
Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, and cross-functional calendars across the AI Content Creation Governance Center of Excellence. Organize and support the bi-weekly Compliance + Responsible AI forum, including agendas, briefing materials, and documentation. Capture decisions, strategic rationale, action items, and next steps while tracking follow-up actions through completion. Maintain the COE knowledge base and support onboarding for the incoming Governance Product Manager. Conduct targeted market research, industry benchmarking, and governance analysis to synthesize insights for leadership. Draft executive summaries, POV documents, and briefing papers to support decision-making. This role combines approximately 80% core PMO and governance operations with 20% strategic support for a major U.S. enterprise organization. The position requires LATAM-based availability with full overlap during U.S. Central Time business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise project management, PMO execution, or program operations
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
- Experience with governance, forums, operating cadences, decision tracking, and action-item management
- Strong knowledge management and documentation capabilities
- Solid understanding of marketing operations and content creation lifecycles
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, marketing organizations, or other content-driven environments
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create substantive, polished content rather than simply documenting meetings
- Demonstrated ability to write executive summaries, briefing papers, POV documents, and leadership communications
- Strong research, analytical, and information-synthesis skills
- Ability to operate with a high degree of organization, ownership, and attention to detail
- Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for working with U.S.-based stakeholders and executive audiences
- LATAM-based and able to work with full overlap during U.S. Central Time (CT) business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, digital compliance, or governance frameworks
- Experience supporting AI-related programs, content governance initiatives, or emerging technology governance
- Experience working in a Chief-of-Staff, strategic PMO, or executive operations capacity
- Experience supporting enterprise marketing, creative operations, or content governance programs
