Senior Project Manager – Agency Distribution

Oversee execution, tracking, and governance of key strategic initiatives across the agency distribution channel, including recruitment and productivity improvement programs. Develop and maintain a centralized tracking system to monitor milestones, timelines, and deliverables aligned with agency business plans and sales targets like APE and NBV growth. Support the definition, tracking, and reporting of KPIs across agency initiatives, creating dashboards and scorecards to analyze performance trends and identify gaps. Act as the central coordinator for progress reporting, facilitating governance meetings, business reviews, and steering committee meetings to drive accountability and execution. Work closely with Agency Distribution Heads, Training, Operations, and Marketing teams to roll out programs across multiple territories and scale best practices for improved productivity and retention.
