Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Advanced Nuclear (SMR) focused on deployment and execution of projects worldwide. Responsible for on-time project delivery, P&L accountability, customer satisfaction, maintaining the Project Risk Register, coordinating kickoff meetings, organizing cost structure in Oracle ERP, developing and issuing the Project Work Plan and related procedures, ensuring project deliverables conform to contract requirements, and maintaining project documentation and records. Requires leadership of cross-functional teams, effective communication through meeting notes and progress reports, and ensuring compliance with export controls. Desired experience includes PMP, nuclear construction practices, commercial negotiations, and ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects (with multi-disciplinary team and project)
