Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Advanced Nuclear SMR deployment and execution. The role focuses on on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project activities and resources; develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and cost structures in Oracle ERP; organize kickoff meetings with customers, internal teams, and suppliers; oversee project documentation/configuration control; ensure compliance with export control requirements; coordinate training, and support the Project Director in scheduling and directing cross-functional teams to meet contract and project requirements. The role accommodates US remote eligibility with location preference toward the Wilmington, NC headquarters, and requires up to 25% travel. The position also emphasizes leadership in program management, stakeholder influence, and problem-solving in a nuclear construction context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects (with multi-disciplinary team and project)
- Domestic and International travel up to 25%
