Senior Project Manager - Advanced Facilities

Administer and execute assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner, often managing multiple or large-scale contracts requiring quality and integrity. Establish professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while participating in business development, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations. Coordinate with superintendents on means and methods, manpower, and equipment resources, and manage the transition from estimating to field execution through contract review meetings. Prepare monthly progress reports, review purchase orders, execute change orders, and manage billings to ensure timely payment applications and positive cash flow. Verify insurance coverage prior to subcontractor work and complete close-out requirements and punch lists.
