Job Summary
Lead the team of Project Managers for given sectors, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality criteria while managing multiple projects and controlling competing demands. Responsible for the provision, content, and quality of regular programme and project reports, working with stakeholders to deliver customer-driven initiatives independently or as part of wider programmes. Drive multiple projects simultaneously by tracking costs, performance, SLAs, and metrics, introducing new procedures to improve customer experience. Conduct monthly client visits across the UK to identify needs, build sustainable relationships, and handle queries within expected timeframes. Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness while evaluating delivery to identify ongoing improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project management within IT
- In depth knowledge and skills of project management
- Experience of working with senior management and external customers
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, especially of internet service providers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of managed Network Services, including but not limited to, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, security services, LAN/WAN, and cloud
- Must be prepared to conduct monthly client visits across the UK
- Must be able to deliver to tight timescales through innovative and organised methods
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver in line with strict timescales
- Self motivated and able to seek information and develop knowledge and skill
- A motivated team player and leader with a true passion for what you do

Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Data Network Technology – SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, Internet, Cisco, etc.
