Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes, including regulatory, business transformation, and technology-backed initiatives. Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, dependencies, risks, and benefits realisation while navigating matrixed structures to resolve competing priorities. Develop and maintain integrated plans, manage critical paths, and proactively address delivery constraints. Deliver programmes in compliance with Sun Life governance, PMO standards, and financial controls. Ensure transparency in progress tracking, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with the PMO team to contribute to continuous improvement in enterprise execution. This 1-year contract concludes on 14/08/2026.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 10–15+ years of project or programme management experience
- Strong track record delivering large, complex initiatives in financial services, insurance or other regulated environments
