Job Summary
Senior Project Management Specialist at Boeing responsible for independently developing and maintaining integrated project plans and schedules for Product Security engineering initiatives. The role coordinates across teams to balance workloads, leads project execution, performs risk assessments and trend analyses, maintains reports and metrics, and ensures change and baseline management in alignment with industry-standard project management practices. The position requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, cross-functional collaboration with executives and stakeholders, and ability to drive process improvements in scheduling and program management, including experience with Open Plan Professional and Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 10+ years of related work experience or equivalent
- Experience with Integrated Scheduling
- 5+ years supporting cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and/or initiatives
- 5+ years working directly with executives or senior leaders
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in data analysis, trending, and reporting
- Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP)
- Experience with Program, Project and Product Management Best Practices
- Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Experience leading an Agile team using Agile methodologies
- Experience in BI/data analytics tools (Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau)
