Job Summary
Senior Project Surveyor delivers high-level boundary analyses, advanced computations (COGO), and complex survey deliverables (ALTA/NSPS, Records of Survey, boundary/topographic surveys) with a focus on technical excellence and internal SME guidance. Responsibilities include coordinating GPS/conventional data adjustments, performing least-squares calculations, applying coordinate transformations, reviewing deliverables with drafting staff, mentoring survey technicians, supporting QA/QC, and communicating technical explanations to clients. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Geomatics/Civil Engineering (or equivalent), 8-10+ years of survey experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; professional licensure (LS) preferred. The role emphasizes boundary resolution, geodetic analyses, data integrity, and process improvement within a collaborative surveying team. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent years of experience in Land Surveying
- 8-10+ years’ relevant survey experience
- Professional Land Surveyor License (LS), preferred
- Proficient experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, required
