Job Summary
Lead multiple complex construction projects across Micronesia, managing site safety, contract compliance, and financial forecasts to resolve claims and deviations. Direct project administration, superintendents, and engineers while overseeing subcontracting strategy, risk mitigation, and schedule planning for multiple simultaneous locations. Negotiate contracts, lead design build submissions, and develop networking strategies to secure new clients and optimize gross profit margins. Recruit top talent, coach team members, and foster an inclusive work environment that aligns with organizational goals and local market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- 25+ years of experience
- Must have experience on US Federal Construction projects in a leader capacity
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Knowledge of industry standard software Microsoft Office (preferred)
