Job Summary
Senior Project Executive responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational performance, and overall success of assigned business units. Reports to VP of Operations and blends executive leadership with hands-on oversight of large-scale construction projects. Leads major initiatives, mentors emerging leaders, and serves as a trusted partner to high-profile clients. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while contributing to long-term growth and market expansion. Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, 15+ years of progressive construction experience, strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, expertise in risk management, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, client relationship management, and business development. Travel to project sites, client offices, and industry events as needed. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive construction experience
