Job Summary
Senior Project Engineering Manager responsible for leading capital projects at the Wisconsin facility. Drive project leadership, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, EHS, RQI, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within performance objectives. Implement structured engineering workflows to enhance project efficiency and quality, conduct regular project reviews, and provide transparent reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5+ years in food manufacturing, 2+ years of project management, and ability to travel up to 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to 15% domestic and international travel required
