Senior Project Engineer

Lead project engineering efforts delivering automation and packaging systems for industrial processes. Oversees the design and integration of mechanical conveyor and packaging solutions, develops full system layouts, selects components, creates process flow diagrams, and maintains system documentation. Acts as technical lead on projects, mentoring engineers and coordinating with customers to secure repeat business. Requires proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software, and the ability to manage project execution plans, work breakdown structures, budgets, and scheduling. Responsible for project profitability and cross-functional collaboration with mechanical installers, electricians, and other trades. Willingness to travel and work across diverse manufacturing environments to deliver turnkey solutions for food, beverage, HPC, chemicals, and related industries.
