Job Summary
Conduct project planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC while overseeing plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents. Develop client relationships for municipal projects in the public sector and assist with project funding packages. Provide project updates at public forums and mentor emerging engineering staff. This role supports MSA's expansion in the Water/Wastewater space across Midwest offices (WI, MN, IA, IL), focusing on sustainable community development from planning through operations. The position requires a PE with 8+ years of Water/Wastewater experience and is open to candidates with US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE)
- 8+ years of prior experience with Water/Wastewater projects
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
