Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer Traffic/ITS at HNTB responsible for production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans for infrastructure projects. Leads discipline delivery on large multi-disciplinary projects, mentors junior engineers, coordinates with clients and teaming partners, and assists in scope, schedule, and budget management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience (or Master’s with 7+ years, or PhD with 6+ years); Professional Engineer (PE) preferred. Located in Pittsburgh, PA; full-time role with no remote work indicated. Expected capabilities include cross-discipline problem solving, proposal generation, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions within schedule and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Master’s degree in Engineering with 7+ years experience
- PhD in Engineering with 6+ years experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
