Job Summary

Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes while maintaining safety, ethics, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Prepare subcontract scopes and contracts, review construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications, and oversee submittals and shop drawings for client approval. Create documentation including RFIs and client correspondence regarding notification provisions, and lead project closeout activities. Utilize cost control systems to track financial performance. This role supports the Project Management Team across varying project complexities in Skanska's building verticals, contributing to sustainable solutions that support healthy living.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts
  • 3 years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings
  • Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved
  • 2+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts
  • 2+ years expereince with project close out
  • 1+ years working with cost control systems
  • Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
  • 8 years equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
  • Background Check Required
