Job Summary
Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage large multi-discipline Renewable projects, requiring approximately 50% technical project work and 50% project management. The role entails reviewing design deliverables, and collaborating with project managers and engineers. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, leading project teams, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders. Candidates must have a BS in Engineering, 8-10 years of relevant experience, and a PE License, along with a strong knowledge of renewable projects and technical project management expectations.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university
- 8-10 years of relevant project experience
- PE License required
- Experience with wind, solar, BESS, and high voltage substation equipment, systems and projects
- Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Ability to understand and implement new processes/procedures regarding Project and Program management
