Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer to lead and drive manufacturing process improvements across operations. Responsibilities include project development and execution, identifying and managing project risks, defining scope with cross-functional stakeholders, developing and implementing detailed project plans, ensuring designs meet company and industry standards, preparing RFQs for project bidding, coordinating permitting, coordinating internal teams and external contractors, developing procedures, overseeing EHS performance and safety targets, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Requires cross-functional collaboration, ability to manage contractors and consultants, and a track record of delivering measurable efficiency, safety, or performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial project management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering projects and drive process improvements with measurable impact on efficiency, safety, or performance.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage contractors and consultants
