Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer responsible for leading capital projects at the Wisconsin facility, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, EHS, RQI) and external partners (vendors, contractors, government agencies) to drive project execution, implement structured engineering workflows to improve efficiency and quality, and conduct regular project reviews and reporting to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to 15% of domestic and international travel required.
