Job Summary
Provide design, technical, and administrative support during preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases while managing project document control for plans, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules. Oversee document management throughout all phases of design development and permitting. Maintain organized files and track critical project deliverables across major capital projects. This role requires 6+ years of construction industry experience with a preference for design-build, CMAR, and institutional sector backgrounds. The position is on-site in Long Beach, CA, with a salary range of $105,000 to $130,000 plus performance-based bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the construction industry as a project engineer or similar, including major capital projects
- Current work authorization in the U.S.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
