Job Summary
Join Newell Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer to manage machining and fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or similar
- 10+ years’ experience managing projects that require complex fabrication, machining, and assembly
- 10+ years of experience using CAD software such CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or similar
- Experience with Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience validating engineering drawings for accuracy and compliance to company and industry standards
- Industry design documentation standards experience
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience managing projects with AS9100 requirements
- 5+ years’ project management experience in aerospace manufacturing, metals manufacturing, or civil engineering
- Experience quoting complex fabrication, machining, and assembly projects
