Job Summary
Manage submittal and RFI workflows, coordinate design modifications, and oversee change order reviews to ensure project compliance with document controls. Lead VDC meetings, transcribe minutes, and drive action items to closure while administering project closeout specifications and turnover documentation. Coordinate construction activities with Operations staff, manage contractor billing, and facilitate monthly financial updates. Enforce safety programs by conducting weekly HRA site walks and translating job requirements to execution with minimal supervision. Support commissioning by onboarding agents, approving scripts, and tracking MOPs for critical work in live spaces. Manage vendor turnkey delivery for signage, furniture, and controls while maintaining internal project file storage and ensuring current campus permits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar field
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity
- Must be based on-site 5 days/week in Atlanta, GA
- Must be available for occasional travel (up to 10%)
Desired Qualifications
- Data Center experience
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management
