Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical responsible for leading delivery of the mechanical packages for a high-end shell and core scheme, driving safety and continuous improvement, and ensuring on-time, within-specification, and within-budget performance. Works across design through delivery with multidisciplinary teams, leading project teams, managing client relationships, identifying and mitigating risks, re-engineering installations to meet client requirements while optimising profitability, and providing accurate site and financial progress updates. Emphasizes safety first, compliance with internal procedures and legislation, and aims to deliver quality outcomes and future opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering major Mechanical projects, in MEP/Construction
- Strong leadership and team engagement skills
- Confident in risk management, compliance, and client liaison
- Committed to continuous improvement and high-quality delivery
- Solutions-focused with a drive for efficiency and innovation
