Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer responsible for coordinating and managing the jobsite to ensure safe, quality, and timely execution; handles general contract and subcontract administration, construction scheduling, procurement and expediting of materials/equipment, MEP coordination, shop drawing and submittal review, project cost reporting and change proposal pricing, subcontractor payment reviews, coordination meetings, supervision of field installations, safety program implementation, and project closeout. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 2-5 years of related experience; must be geographically mobile with relocation within the region. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 2-5 years of equivalent experience
- General knowledge of construction principles/practices
- Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
- Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment
- Must be geographically mobile and able to relocate within the region
