Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional initiatives, translating business requirements into technical implementation plans, ensuring system integrations and data flows meet regulatory and quality standards, and leading governance, readiness, and post-launch operations. Requires extensive project/program management experience, ability to align technical and business stakeholders, and strong leadership across technical, operations, and quality teams; focus areas include lifecycle management, risk and compliance, UAT/testing, KPIs, and service readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in project or program management with proven delivery of complex technical and operational initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and data workflows
- Experience designing or implementing operational processes, governance models, and service readiness plans
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate concepts between technical and business domains
- Expertise with project management methodologies
