Senior Project Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Lead project execution from concept development through installation, commissioning, and final customer acceptance by managing schematics, equipment sizing, piping systems, and process documentation. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery while supporting sales activities through quotation preparation and equipment selection. Supervise installation and commissioning phases, resolve technical issues, and prepare technical instructions for successful handover. Apply knowledge of design processes, risk analysis, HSE, and KPI reporting to oversee multidisciplinary teams and external contractors. Native Czech and fluent English required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment
- Proven experience managing technical projects from concept through commissioning
- Knowledge of design processes, risk analysis, HSE, budgeting, scheduling, and KPI reporting
- Ability to read and prepare technical documentation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of industrial health and safety requirements
- Native Czech
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- Higher technical education – preferred in Process engineering, mechanical engineering
