Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer at LEONI Wiring Systems Egypt S.A.E. responsible for leading ramp-up planning, coordinating Run@Rate, monitoring KPIs (plant-related P&L, quality, delivery), and driving corrective actions. Interfaces with Plant/Country stakeholders, collects and shares lessons learned with the Launch team, and ensures alignment with customer requirements and inputs from project team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3-5 years PM experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, strong communication, stakeholder management, and English proficiency; PMP certification is a high advantage; MS Office proficiency is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- PMP certification is a high advantage
- Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and advanced problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in English, written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
