Senior Project Engineer to lead procurement and construction functions in Perth, overseeing site/project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; deliver project safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards; manage construction planning, productivity, sustainability, EHS compliance, quality assurance, and financial/contract management; mentor junior staff and drive collaboration across disciplines, championing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges in Western Australia.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience
- Proven track record on large-scale building projects (> $100m)
- Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management
- Experience resolving design and coordination issues
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards
- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
