Senior Project Engineer - Land Development

Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer leading land-development projects with a focus on water and wastewater distribution, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design. Oversee projects from entitlements to construction, manage multiple permitting entitlements across governmental agencies, and develop sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines. Engage with clients and government entities to drive growth and client satisfaction. Lead marketing initiatives and maintain strong relationships while delivering high-quality projects. Requires Civil Engineering degree and PE licensure; hybrid work in Newark, DE. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET/EAC-Accredited University
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required
- Relevant experience in land development and civil/site design preferred
- Ability to work in Newark, DE office on a hybrid schedule
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD (preferred)
Desired Qualifications

- Local Delaware experience preferred
