Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer to support the HSE GTF Airfoil team in Asheville, NC. Responsibilities include providing project management to the IPT, developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and forecasts for schedule and budget, coordinating with procurement/manufacturing/validation, managing hardware and validation activities, and ensuring alignment with program requirements. Qualifications include a STEM bachelor’s degree, 5+ years engineering experience (or 3+ with advanced degree), strong communication, teamwork, analytics, risk management, and experience with project management tools such as Agile, SAP, Primavera, MS Project; prior experience with hot section gas turbine components/modules and Engineering Changes is preferred. U.S. citizenship required; on-site role with benefits and salary range provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- 5+ years engineering experience or 3 years of related experience with an advanced degree
- U.S. Citizenship is required
