Job Summary
Lead end-to-end design and realization of high-voltage substations from 110 kV to 380 kV, managing secondary and primary engineering tasks while independently carrying out technical work or leading small teams. Prepare system documentation, functional specifications, and operational overviews; monitor budgets, review post-calculations, and proactively track project progress to resolve bottlenecks. Perform quality checks on project documentation and collaborate with management, clients, authorities, and suppliers to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- A technical bachelor's or master's degree (in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field)
- Extensive experience in technically managing projects
- Proven and recent work experience with grid operators and/or industrial projects
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Analytical
- Structured
- Safety- and quality-conscious
- A true team player
- Familiar with all types of high-voltage installations in the industry, from 110 kV to 380 kV, including the relevant standards and regulations
