Senior Project Engineer - Healthcare Construction

Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer will manage a small project or a component of a larger project in healthcare construction, applying JE Dunn processes to project management, site execution, safety and quality plans, documentation, and reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating QA/QC, assisting with estimating and change management, on-site supervision of crew, monitoring materials and equipment, managing punch lists and city inspections, preparing daily/weekly reports, organizing meetings, developing procurement logs, and supporting project closeout. The role emphasizes Lean practices, self-perform opportunities, and collaboration with trades, foremen, subcontractors, and project teams. Required are a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of construction experience; proficiency in MS Office, CMiC or equivalent project software, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Travel/relocation may be required; assignment may include project sites and office environments. Benefits are described as Professional Non-Union; equal opportunity employer.
