Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer, Global Services responsible for post-sales deployment project management and expert-level configuration/training of Verkada products for large strategic customers. You will serve as the technical voice across customer levels, configure and tune product features and analytics, provide vendor-led training, and collaborate with Global Services Manager and Sales AEs to develop service strategies and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires on-site work five days a week in New York City, NY, travel up to 25%, and involvement with Cloud Security, IoT devices, and networking across Verkada’s product suite.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Network Engineer, or Professional Services Consultant with Fortune 500 experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Networking, IT Security, or similar field
